Effective August 31, 2026This policy covers CryptoCardPayments.com. A card provider, wallet, exchange, or other external site has its own privacy policy.

The short version

Only what the site needs.

We do not operate a card account, hold crypto, process a card payment, or connect to a reader’s wallet. Product applications happen on the provider’s own website or app.

We receive

Messages and technical requests

Contact details you submit, card-finder choices needed to return results, and ordinary hosting or security logs.

We use them for

Replies, operation, and security

To answer a request, provide site features, prevent abuse, maintain performance, and meet legal obligations.

We do not request

Credentials or full payment data

Never send recovery words, private keys, passwords, verification codes, PINs, or a full card number.

01

Who controls the data?

Crypto Card Payments, the independent operator of CryptoCardPayments.com, is the data controller for the information described in this policy. The site is not a bank, card issuer, exchange, wallet custodian, or payment processor.

Privacy contact: support@cryptocardpayments.com. You can also use the contact page.

02

Information we process

Contact messages

If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, optional related-page URL, and message. The form sends the message to our support mailbox and does not create a public profile.

Card Finder selections

The country, preferred format, asset, use case, and priorities you select are processed to return a result. The CCP matching system does not write those choices to a persistent user profile.

Technical and security data

Our hosting, cache, security, and email infrastructure may process an IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, response status, and diagnostic or abuse signals.

Outbound-link context

When a provider link is opened, we may process the provider, link type, placement, card, and selected country so the correct destination can be served. This information never determines editorial ranking.

03

Information you should not send

Do not submit a seed phrase or recovery words, private key, wallet password, exchange password, verification code, card PIN, full card number, government identity document, or unnecessary financial information. We cannot access, freeze, unlock, or recover an account held by another provider.

04

Cookies and similar technologies

As of the effective date, public pages do not intentionally load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or behavioural-advertising trackers. The site may use strictly necessary technologies for security, administration, cache and performance delivery, and form operation. Logged-in site administrators may receive WordPress authentication or preference cookies.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar storage technologies, we will update this notice and provide consent controls where applicable. Browser settings can also be used to block or delete cookies, although blocking essential technologies may affect site functions.

06

Who may receive information?

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, website security, caching, email delivery, maintenance, and professional advice, subject to their role and applicable safeguards.

When you follow an official or affiliate link, the destination provider receives the request and may receive the affiliate identifier in that link. It may process standard connection data and later report an attributed click or conversion under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, and the service.

07

International processing

We serve readers internationally, and our infrastructure or service providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable law requires it, transfers should rely on an adequacy decision, contractual protections, or another valid safeguard. External card providers control their own international processing.

08

How long we keep information

Routine contact correspondenceWe aim to remove or anonymise it within 24 months after the matter is closed.
Security and technical logsKept according to operational, security, hosting, and legal needs; not longer than reasonably necessary where we control the setting.
Commercial and accounting recordsRetained for the period required for reporting, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

Information may be kept longer when required for an active dispute, investigation, legal duty, or the establishment or defence of claims.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing; to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Send a request to support@cryptocardpayments.com. We may ask for limited information to verify that a request concerns you. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and retention duties.

10

External sites and provider services

Our reviews and tools link to third-party sites and applications. We do not control their accounts, identity checks, deposits, payments, cookies, or privacy practices. Review the destination provider’s current privacy policy and terms before opening an account or transferring assets.

11

Children and security

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to an informational website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated. A material change may also be highlighted on the site where appropriate.
