Website terms
Use the research.
Keep the decision yours.
Crypto Card Payments publishes independent research and practical guidance. These terms explain what the site does, what it does not do, and the responsibilities that remain with you and the provider you choose.
Editorial information
We compare and explain. We do not issue cards or process transactions.
No personal advice
Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Provider terms control
The provider decides eligibility, pricing, availability, and account access.
The short version
Information first. Your judgment always.
Use the site to narrow your research, not to replace it. Verify current terms with the provider before applying, depositing funds, ordering a card, or making a transaction.
Research and comparison
Reviews, country notes, fee explanations, operator experience, and links to primary sources.
A financial service
No custody, card issuance, account opening, identity verification, exchange, transfer, or payment processing.
Eligibility and risk
Your legal eligibility, provider checks, security choices, taxes, costs, and transaction decisions.
01
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using CryptoCardPayments.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to the website, its public comparison tools, editorial content, and outbound links.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement where you live. The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
02
Information, not personal advice
Our content is general editorial information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to acquire, hold, transfer, or spend any crypto-asset.
Reviews may combine official provider information, public documentation, and clearly labeled operator experience. Your circumstances may differ. You should make an independent assessment and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
03
Accuracy, change, and country eligibility
We take reasonable steps to date, source, and qualify material claims, but we cannot promise that every fee, limit, country rule, reward, feature, or provider policy is complete or current at every moment.
A card working at a merchant or ATM does not mean new applications, card delivery, marketing, or every feature is permitted in that country. Always check the provider’s current application flow and official terms before acting.
04
Crypto and payment-product risks
Crypto-assets and crypto-linked payment products can involve volatility, conversion losses, custody and counterparty risk, fraud, cyber incidents, transaction finality, service interruptions, issuer or programme changes, fees, tax consequences, and changing regulation. Legal protection may be limited or vary by product and country.
Never deposit or spend funds you cannot afford to lose or temporarily lose access to. Protect your credentials, recovery information, devices, and payment-card details.
05
Third-party providers and outbound links
We are independent from the providers we cover unless a relationship is expressly disclosed. We do not control their applications, identity checks, accounts, wallets, cards, merchant acceptance, support, security, pricing, or service availability.
When you leave our site, the provider’s terms, privacy policy, eligibility rules, and dispute process apply. A link does not guarantee approval, availability, safety, or suitability.
06
Affiliate links and editorial independence
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you complete a qualifying action, we may receive compensation. This normally does not increase your price unless a provider clearly states otherwise.
Commercial relationships do not purchase a ranking, rating, factual conclusion, or public-finder approval. Material relationships are disclosed near relevant calls to action and in our Editorial & Affiliate Policy.
07
Acceptable use
You may read, share links to, and quote limited portions of the site with clear attribution. You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with security or availability, submit malicious material, impersonate us, misrepresent our conclusions, bypass access controls, or reproduce a substantial part of the site or structured database without permission.
Normal search-engine indexing is welcome. Automated access that creates unreasonable load, circumvents technical controls, or republishes our work at scale is not.
08
Content and trademarks
Unless stated otherwise, the site’s original text, design, comparison structure, code, and branding belong to Crypto Card Payments or are used under licence. Provider names, card-network marks, product names, and third-party logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
09
Site availability and changes
We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or remove content and tools at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent coverage of a provider, or continued availability of any link or feature.
We may update these terms when the site, law, or our operating practices change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are material.
10
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for a provider’s acts, omissions, approval decisions, service failures, losses, fees, security incidents, or changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Card Payments will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11
Questions and applicable rights
Mandatory rights and laws may differ depending on where you live and the circumstances. These terms do not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.
Questions, correction requests, or notices can be sent to support@cryptocardpayments.com or through our contact page. Personal-data questions are covered by our Privacy Policy.
A useful boundary
Research here. Decide with current provider terms.
Our job is to make the comparison clearer. Your provider controls the product, and you control the decision.
